Jayne Barrett has been working at Community Living Project since the beginning. Jayne is a fierce believer in the possibilities for people with disabilities to have home, relationship, competencies and highly valued roles in their communities. Jayne led the creation of the Circles Initiative in 2004 and Micro Enterprise Project in 2012. Jayne continues to mentor these projects and manage other projects including Discover Micro Enterprise and the Neighbourhood Circles Project.

Jayne is a strong advocate for family leadership. Jayne encourages all involved with CLP to listen and learn from families who have stepped up because they want something better for their loved one with disability. Jayne brings together speakers and events to help build knowledge and strengthen connections and opportunities for family leadership.
