Rebecca Chapman joined CLP in 2022 as a Micro Enterprise consultant and now co-manages Micro Enterprise Project alongside Wendy.

Rebecca has over 15 years of experience working in social services and holds a Master of Social Work. Prior to Micro Enterprise Project, much of Rebecca’s career has been as a senior project officer and policy advisor within public and disability housing – reflecting Rebecca’s interest in connecting policy, process and practice. Rebecca finds meaning in working alongside people to contribute to reducing disadvantage, discrimination and the impact of inequitable societal barriers; and in supporting people to explore their interests and build on their strengths and capabilities.

Rebecca supports enterprise consultants to build the capacity of enterprise owners and their personal assistants and enterprise management group members.
