The people we support, and their family or friends are included in designing the job ad, selecting interviewees and conducting interviews. The person and their family offer the role to the successful applicant.
While CLP are the employer – it’s the person and family directing the services.
We work in partnership with the person and their family to work with the new support worker to learn about the person they are supporting, how best to deliver services, provide feedback, encouragement and develop their skills.
