I am a woman in my 40s who lives with my family in the Eastern Suburbs and in my own home in North Adelaide. My interests include visiting botanical gardens, the beach, central markets, and short getaways from city life.
I have fulfilled a lifelong dream of moving into my own home part-time in North Adelaide and am seeking someone to join my support team. Building a respectful and trusted relationship with myself and my family is critical to being the right person for this role and enabling me to achieve my life goals.
You will assist me in using my interests and engaging personality to build and sustain relationships to connect with, and contribute to, my community. Support services will include personal care, occasional seizure recovery, assistance with communication, and household tasks such as laundry, meal preparation/cooking, and cleaning.
In partnership with my family and support team, you will work across a 7-day roster – your flexibility and reliability will be critical to the team and my well-being as you across both homes.
The shifts in this role will involve:
- Passive overnight on Wednesday evening in my own home in North Adelaide from 8 pm-10 am
- Weekdays and weekends from 8:30 am – 1:30 pm and 4 pm – 9 pm
Wages will be paid at level 2.1 Casual base rate (currently $40.26 per hour) and ongoing training will be provided.

- Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Current NDIS worker check
- Assist with Medication Training
- Manual Handling Training
- First Aid Certificate
