Circles of Support

A Circle of Support is a way of bringing together a network of your friends and relatives to be more involved in your life.

The people in your Circle of Support will look out for you and help you make decisions.

Your Circle friends will spend time with you because they like you and have interests in common with you.

Circle friends work together and individually to learn more about your vision for a good life, and your hopes and dreams.

Circle Friends can also support families and their loved one with future planning and safeguarding.
